Starting a new job is hard. Especially if you're the boss daughter.

Heather Bailey has been in charge of  Silver Arches,  the prestigious London shopping center, for several years. Financial turmoil brings a new investor to secure the future and Heather finds herself playing office politics with the notoriously difficult enterpreneur Leo Flynn.
